A few weeks ago, my family and I attended a wedding of a dear friend. It was my first time to be a part of the entourage, so I was pretty excited to dress up for the event. You know, it's one of those rare opportunities when I actually get the chance to be transformed from a stay-at-home momma who's always on her pj's to a decent-looking woman with make-up on. It's basically a Cinderella moment for me, lol! Anyway, in today's post, I'll be talking about the designer behind the beautiful gowns my sister and I wore for that special occasion -- R Y A N C H R I S.
Ryan Chris is the talented and passionate fashion designer who owns The Manila Grand Rentals and Ryan Chris House of Fashion, located across Puregold Kalentong in Mandaluyong City. He is actually my batchmate in high school and a really good friend, too.
When my sister and I learned that we will be participating in our friend's wedding, which will be held in the Philippines, we just knew we had to have Ryan Chris do our gowns. We are based in Abu Dhabi, UAE and the flight that we got was scheduled to arrive in Manila around 11:30 pm the night before the event, leaving us with no time at all for any last minute alterations. Hence, even if the couple has their own designer for the entourage's attire, we still chose to go with the one whom we really trust, Ryan Chris.
All transactions were done online -- we just sent him the photos of our chosen gown design, gave our measurements by email, paid via bank deposit, and viola! We got our beautiful yet affordable gowns in time for the event! And the most important of all, it fits us perfectly! Partida, online measurement lang yan tapos wala pang fitting, pero sakto yung gowns sa amin! Galing! I highly recommend Ryan Chris! Indeed, he is the fairy godmother who can surely make your Cinderella dream come true!
